MacOS succeeded the classic Mac OS, a Macintosh operating system from 1984 to 2001. Within the market of desktop and laptop computers, it is the second most widely used desktop OS, after Microsoft Windows and ahead of Linux (including ChromeOS). It is the primary operating system for Apple's Mac computers. If I would have known of these issues with Mojave, I would have never upgraded the computer.MacOS ( / ˌ m æ k oʊ ˈ ɛ s/ previously OS X and originally Mac OS X) is an operating system developed and marketed by Apple Inc. I only hope that Filemaker realizes these issues and react appropriately. I have database that allow me to do all aquisitions for my lab by a mouse click, etc. It would be a pity to trash all my developments which I am currently using.

Why Filemaker has these problems at all with apple software updates? and why Filemaker can not provide users around the world a simple FM runtime version that allows to run old databases on mac computer, regardless which system is running. Of course, I am aware that your latest versions Filemaker 16 and 17 don't have issues with the Mojave software from Apple, but I am still using Filemaker 9 and Filemaker 13, because I cannot buy every year a complete new software version from you. Right now I am using Filemaker to run my own programs that help me to get big data in Biology analyzed.AND THEREFORE IT IS MORE THAN FRUSTRATING for me as a long-lasting user of Filemaker that every May system update crashes my abilities to use Filemaker. I am using Filemaker since it came to the market.and have developed quite complex programs ti run even small businesses.
